Individual yachts accommodate 12-30 guests depending on the vessel size and type. For larger events, we coordinate multi-yacht flotillas — our fleet can collectively host up to 200 guests across multiple vessels sailing in formation. Each yacht has its own captain, crew, and customised catering to ensure every guest has a premium experience.

Onboard catering ranges from Mediterranean tapas and fresh seafood BBQs to formal multi-course dinners prepared by private chefs. We offer themed menus (Mallorcan traditional, Asian fusion, raw bar), premium drinks packages with craft cocktails, and dietary accommodation for all requirements. Catering is included in most charter packages.

Sunset cruises are most spectacular from May to September, with departure typically 2-3 hours before sunset. June and July offer the longest golden hour with sunsets around 9:15 PM. The southwest coast (Palma to Port d'Andratx) provides the most dramatic sunset views. We recommend 3-4 hour charters to enjoy pre-sunset swimming and post-sunset dining.

For peak season (June-September), we recommend booking 3-6 months ahead, especially for larger vessels and multi-yacht events. Shoulder season (April-May, October) requires 1-3 months notice. Winter charters can often be arranged with 2-4 weeks notice. Corporate and wedding yacht events should be booked 6-12 months in advance.

Standard charters include the vessel, captain, crew, fuel, port fees, water toys (paddleboards, snorkelling gear, towables), towels, and basic refreshments. Premium packages add gourmet catering, premium bar, DJ setup, professional photography, and additional water toys like jet skis and seabobs. We provide detailed inclusions for each vessel.

Safety is our priority. If conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we offer full rescheduling to an alternative date or a sheltered route option. Most charters include weather flexibility clauses. For corporate events, we maintain backup venue reservations. Cancellation due to client preference follows standard terms: full refund 14+ days out, 50% within 7-14 days.
