For weddings and corporate events, we block-book rooms 12-18 months in advance to secure availability and preferential pricing. Group bookings of 10+ rooms often include complimentary upgrades, welcome drinks, and late checkout.

Villas are ideal for intimate groups (8-20) wanting privacy, shared spaces, and a home-from-home feel — perfect for wedding parties and close-knit corporate teams. Hotels suit larger groups (20-200+) needing individual rooms, on-site restaurants, and amenities like spas and pools. We often combine both: a villa for the VIP group and hotel rooms for wider guests.

We strategically match accommodation with venues to minimise travel. Most of our recommended hotels and villas are within 15-30 minutes of popular event venues. For destination weddings, we prioritise accommodation within 10 minutes of the ceremony and reception venue. We arrange all guest transfers with luxury minibuses and private cars.

We coordinate all airport transfers with our fleet of luxury vehicles. Options include private Mercedes sedans, minivans (up to 7 guests), and luxury coaches (up to 55 guests). We track flight arrivals in real-time and adjust pickup times accordingly. VIP guests can be met at the aircraft door with fast-track immigration and luggage assistance.

Minimum stays depend on the property and season. Most hotels require 2-3 night minimum during peak season (June-September). Villas typically have 7-night minimums in summer, reducing to 3-4 nights in shoulder season. For event groups, we negotiate flexible terms including split stays and early check-in/late checkout arrangements.

Several of our partner properties welcome pets, including select luxury villas and boutique hotels. Pet-friendly options include fenced gardens, nearby walking trails, and pet-sitting services during events. We provide a curated list of pet-friendly properties and can arrange veterinary contacts and pet supply delivery for international guests travelling with animals.
